Zirzoner services are not intended for children under the age of digital consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verified parental consent where required by law.

What We Do If We Learn a Child Has Provided Data

If we discover that a child has provided personal information without proper consent:

• We will disable the associated account.
• We may contact a parent or guardian if appropriate.

What Parents and Guardians Can Do

If you believe your child has created a Zirzoner account or provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately at privacy@zirzoner.com.

We will take prompt action to:

• Verify your identity and relationship to the child.
• Remove the child's data from our systems.
• Provide information about what data was collected if applicable.

Educational Use

If Zirzoner services are used in an educational setting, schools and educators are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent before students create accounts, where required by law.

No Targeted Content

We do not target content, features, or communications specifically toward children. All Zirzoner services are designed for general audiences.
