This section explains how and why Zirzoner accounts may be suspended or terminated, and what happens afterward.

Termination by You

You can terminate your account at any time. To do so:

  • Use the account deletion option in your account dashboard
  • Contact us at support@zirzoner.com for assistance

When you terminate your account:

  • Access to all Zirzoner services will end
  • Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • Any outstanding fees remain your responsibility
  • Paid subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining period unless required by law

Termination by Zirzoner

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in Prohibited Activities
  • Commit fraud or illegal acts
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Create risk or legal exposure for Zirzoner
  • Abuse or threaten our staff or other users
  • Remain inactive for an extended period after notice

How Termination Works

Investigation

Before terminating for violations, we may:

  • Investigate the situation
  • Contact you to hear your side
  • Give you an opportunity to fix the issue if it is minor

Immediate Termination

In serious cases, we may terminate immediately without prior notice. This includes:

  • Illegal activity
  • Security threats
  • Fraud or deception
  • Severe abuse of the platform or other users
  • Circumstances where notice would cause harm

Notice

When possible and appropriate, we will notify you by email before termination and explain the reason.

Effect of Termination

When your account is terminated:

  • You lose access to all Zirzoner services
  • Your right to use the platform ends immediately
  • Your account credentials will no longer work
  • Any data associated with your account will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • You must stop using Zirzoner services

After Termination

Data

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain certain information as needed for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Outstanding Obligations

Termination does not cancel:

  • Fees you owe for services already used
  • Legal obligations you have under these terms
  • Our rights to enforce these terms for actions taken before termination

Rejoining

If your account was terminated for violations, you may not create a new account without our written permission.

If you terminated your own account, you are welcome to create a new account at any time.
