Illegal Activities

You may not use Zirzoner for any illegal purpose, including:

• Engaging in fraud or deceptive practices
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Distributing illegal content
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activity

Harmful and Abusive Behavior

You may not engage in behavior that harms others, including:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening others
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Stalking or invasion of privacy
• Sharing others' personal information without consent
• Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or abusive

Platform Abuse

You may not abuse or exploit the Zirzoner platform, including:

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Probing, scanning, or testing platform vulnerabilities
• Interfering with or disrupting platform services
• Overloading or crashing servers through attacks
• Bypassing security measures or authentication systems
• Reverse engineering protected services except where permitted by law

Fraud and Deception

You may not use Zirzoner to deceive others, including:

• Impersonating any person or organization
• Creating fake accounts or identities
• Misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity
• Phishing or attempting to obtain sensitive information
• Running scams or fraudulent schemes
• Manipulating prices or engaging in market manipulation

Malware and Harmful Code

You may not distribute harmful software, including:

• Viruses, worms, or trojans
• Malware, spyware, or ransomware
• Code designed to damage or disrupt systems
• Phishing links or malicious URLs
• Any software that collects user data without consent

Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

• Use copyrighted material without permission
• Share content you do not have the right to distribute
• Infringe on trademarks or patents
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Claim ownership of content that is not yours

You may not:

• Send spam, bulk emails, or unsolicited messages
• Use Zirzoner to distribute advertising without permission
• Collect email addresses or user information for spam purposes
• Create accounts solely for sending promotional content

Unauthorized Commercial Activity

You may not use Zirzoner for unauthorized business activities, including:

• Selling or reselling access to Zirzoner services without permission
• Using Zirzoner to promote unrelated businesses without authorization
• Operating commercial services that compete with Zirzoner using our platform

Automated and Unauthorized Access

You may not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access Zirzoner
• Create accounts in bulk without permission
• Mine data or scrape content from the platform
• Bypass rate limits or access restrictions

Encouraging Violations

You may not encourage, assist, or enable others to violate these terms or any applicable laws.

Reporting Prohibited Activities

If you see someone engaging in prohibited activities, report it to us at support@zirzoner.com.

Consequences

Violating these rules may lead to:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate
• Legal action to protect our rights and users
