What Zirzoner Owns

Zirzoner owns all rights to the platform, including:

• The Zirzoner name, logo, and branding
• The platform's design, layout, and user interface
• The underlying code, software, and technology
• Documentation, guides, and help content
• APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
• All other content created by Zirzoner

These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our permission.

What You Cannot Do With Our Property

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Zirzoner's code or content
• Use Zirzoner's name, logo, or branding for your own purposes
• Create derivative works based on Zirzoner
• Sell, license, or commercialize Zirzoner's intellectual property
• Remove copyright notices or trademarks from the platform
• Claim ownership over any part of Zirzoner

Trademarks

The name "Zirzoner," the Zirzoner logo, and related product names are trademarks of Zirzoner.

Other trademarks, service marks, and logos that appear on the platform belong to their respective owners. Their presence on Zirzoner does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless stated.

Content You Create

Your Content Is Yours

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Zirzoner. This includes:

• Text, images, and files you upload
• Profile information you add
• Data you generate through platform use
• Any original content you produce

We do not claim ownership of your content.

License to Use Your Content

By uploading content to Zirzoner, you grant us a limited license to:

• Display your content on the platform as you intended
• Store your content to provide our services
• Make copies necessary for platform operation
• Use your content for platform improvement in aggregated and anonymized form

This license is:

• Non-exclusive (you can use your content elsewhere)
• Limited to what is necessary to provide our services
• Ends when you delete your content or account

This license does not give us the right to sell your content or use it for advertising.

Content You Do Not Own

You may not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission. This includes:

• Copyrighted material (music, videos, images, text)
• Trademarks or logos you are not authorized to use
• Confidential information belonging to others
• Content you found online that is not free to use

If you are unsure whether you can use something, do not upload it.

Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe someone has posted content on Zirzoner that infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@zirzoner.com.

Your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The location on Zirzoner where the infringing content appears
• Your contact information
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

We will review and respond to valid infringement notices in accordance with applicable laws.

Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Zirzoner:

• You grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction
• You are not entitled to compensation for your suggestions
• We are not obligated to implement your ideas

We appreciate feedback and it helps us improve, but we cannot pay for unsolicited suggestions.

Third-Party Content

Zirzoner may display or link to third-party content. We do not own that content and are not responsible for it. If you have concerns about third-party content, contact the owner directly.
