Third-Party Sign-In
Sign in using your existing Google, Facebook, GitHub, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Notion account. We request only basic profile information — your name, email, and profile picture — to create and manage your Zirzoner account. Each provider's data handling is clearly documented.
Data Protection
Your data is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and at rest. We use role-based access controls, continuous security monitoring, and regular software updates. Infrastructure is hosted across Oracle Cloud, Heroku, DigitalOcean, and Vercel with industry-standard safeguards.

Access, correct, or delete your personal data through your account dashboard. Request a copy of your data in a portable format. Withdraw consent for specific data uses. Disconnect third-party providers at any time. We will never discriminate for exercising your rights.

Account Management
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and account information accurate. One account per person. Businesses may create accounts for authorized representatives. Inactive accounts may be closed after reasonable notice.
Payments & Billing
We offer both free and paid services. Accepted payment methods include MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, PawaPay, and Pesapal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, malware distribution, unauthorized access, spam, and intellectual property violations are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

Legal Information
Our Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Zirzoner owns all platform intellectual property. Services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties.
