You have rights over your personal data. This section explains what those rights are and how you can exercise them.


Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

Right to Access

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This includes:

  • Account information
  • Profile details
  • Usage data
  • Communication history

Right to Correction

If your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can update it. Most account and profile information can be edited directly through your account settings.

Right to Deletion

You can request that we delete your personal data. This includes:

  • Your account and profile
  • Data associated with your account
  • Data shared through third-party sign-in

Right to Restrict Processing

You can ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances. For example, while we verify the accuracy of your data after you have disputed it.

Right to Data Portability

You can request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format. This allows you to transfer your data to another service if you choose.

Right to Object

You can object to certain types of data processing. This includes the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time.

If you have given consent for a specific use of your data, you can withdraw that consent at any time. For example, revoking third-party app access or opting out of optional communications.


How to Exercise Your Rights

Through Your Account

Many rights can be exercised directly through your account dashboard:

  • Update your profile information
  • Change your email address or display name
  • Disconnect third-party sign-in providers
  • Adjust notification preferences
  • Delete your account

For requests you cannot complete through your account, contact us at privacy@zirzoner.com.

When you make a request, we may need to verify your identity before processing it. We aim to respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.


Managing Third-Party Connections

You can manage your connections to third-party providers at any time:

Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete your Zirzoner account. You can continue using Zirzoner with a different sign-in method or request full account deletion.


No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not be denied services, charged higher prices, or receive lower quality service for making a privacy request.


Complaints

If you believe your rights have been violated, contact us first so we can address your concern. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
