How long Zirzoner retains user data and how users can request deletion of their personal information and accounts.

This section explains how long we keep your data and how you can request its deletion.


How Long We Keep Your Data

Active Accounts

We retain your personal data as long as your account remains active. While your account is active, we keep the information needed to:

  • Provide our services to you
  • Maintain your account and profile
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations

Inactive Accounts

If your account becomes inactive, we may retain your data for a reasonable period. This allows you to return and reactivate your account without losing your information.

We may reach out to you before taking any action on inactive accounts.

After Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

  • Personal data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Some information may be retained in backup systems temporarily before permanent deletion.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics and platform improvement.

Data We May Retain Longer

In some cases, we may retain certain information after account deletion when necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations (tax records, legal requirements)
  • Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
  • Prevent fraud or illegal activity
  • Maintain platform security
  • Preserve records required by applicable law

When we retain data for these reasons, we keep only what is necessary and protect it as described in our Data Storage & Protection section.


How to Delete Your Data

Account Deletion

You can delete your account through your account dashboard. This removes:

  • Your profile information
  • Your account credentials
  • Data associated with your account
  • Third-party sign-in connections

Specific Data Requests

You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account. For example:

  • Remove profile information
  • Delete usage history
  • Disconnect third-party providers

Third-Party Data

Deleting your Zirzoner account does not delete your data from third-party providers (Google, Facebook, GitHub, etc.). You manage your data with those providers separately through their own settings.


What Happens After Deletion

After your data is deleted:

  • You will no longer have access to your account.
  • Your profile and information will no longer be visible on the platform.
  • Services associated with your account will be terminated.
  • Data shared with service providers will be deleted in accordance with their retention policies.
  • You may need to create a new account if you wish to use Zirzoner services again.

Retention of Google User Data

For users who sign in with Google, we retain Google user data only as long as your account is active. When you disconnect Google or delete your account, Google user data is removed as described above. See our Google User Data section for details.
