This section explains which laws apply to these terms and how disputes are handled.

Which Law Applies

Unless otherwise specified, these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.

This means that Rwandan law applies to:

• The interpretation of these terms
• Any disputes arising from these terms
• Your use of Zirzoner services
• Our relationship with you as a user

Jurisdiction

Any legal action related to these terms or your use of Zirzoner must be brought in the courts of the Republic of Rwanda.

By using Zirzoner, you agree to the jurisdiction of these courts for resolving disputes.

International Users

Zirzoner is accessible from many countries. If you use Zirzoner from outside Rwanda:

• You are responsible for complying with your local laws
• These terms are still governed by Rwandan law
• You agree to resolve disputes in Rwandan courts
• Local consumer protection laws in your country may still apply

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First

If you have a dispute with Zirzoner, we encourage you to contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

Contact us at support@zirzoner.com before taking formal legal action.

Good Faith Negotiation

We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. Both parties agree to work together to find a fair solution before pursuing other remedies.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law:

• Disputes must be brought individually
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
• You waive the right to bring claims as a representative of others
• Claims cannot be consolidated with others without our agreement

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court:

• The rest of the terms remain in effect
• The unenforceable part will be modified to be enforceable
• If modification is not possible, that part is removed

Local Laws and Regulations

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.

If your local laws require different terms, those laws apply to the extent required.
