Rules and requirements for creating and maintaining a Zirzoner account, including account security, accurate information, and third-party sign-in.

Last updated: June 2026

This section explains the rules for creating and maintaining your Zirzoner account.

Creating an Account

To use Zirzoner, you need to create an account. You can sign up using:

  • Your email address and a password
  • A third-party account such as Google, Facebook, GitHub, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Notion

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Using false information or impersonating someone else is prohibited.

Your Account Is Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • Updating your account information if it changes
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Do not share your password with others. Zirzoner will never ask you for your password through email or other unsecured channels.

Third-Party Sign-In

If you sign in with a third-party provider, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of that third-party account
  • Complying with that provider's terms of service
  • Understanding what data is shared with Zirzoner

If you lose access to your third-party account, you may also lose access to your Zirzoner account. We recommend keeping your third-party account recovery options up to date.

One Account Per Person

Unless we approve otherwise:

  • Each person may have only one Zirzoner account
  • You may not create accounts for others without permission
  • You may not transfer or sell your account to someone else

Businesses and organizations may create accounts for their authorized representatives.

Account Security

We take account security seriously. To help protect your account:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Do not reuse passwords from other services
  • Review your account activity regularly
  • Report suspicious activity to us immediately

If we detect unusual activity, we may temporarily restrict your account while we investigate.

Email Address

Your email address is your primary contact for:

  • Account verification
  • Password recovery
  • Security alerts
  • Important service updates

Make sure your email address is current and accessible. We are not responsible for missed communications if your email is outdated.

Account Verification

We may ask you to verify your email address or identity. This helps us protect the platform from spam, fraud, and abuse. Failure to verify may result in limited account functionality.

Businesses and Organizations

If you create an account for a business or organization:

  • You confirm you have authority to act on their behalf
  • The business or organization is responsible for all account activity
  • You must provide accurate business information

Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for an extended period, we may take steps including:

  • Contacting you to check if you still need the account
  • Restricting access to certain features
  • Closing the account after reasonable notice
