Payment terms, billing practices, accepted payment methods, fees, and refund policies for Zirzoner's paid services.

This section explains how payments and billing work for Zirzoner's paid services.
Free and Paid Services
Zirzoner offers both free and paid services. The features, limits, and pricing depend on the plan or product you choose.
Paid services are clearly marked before you make a purchase. You are responsible for understanding what fees apply before committing to a paid service.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- MTN Mobile Money Rwanda
- Airtel Money Rwanda
- PawaPay
- Pesapal (planned)
Additional payment methods may be added. We will notify you when new payment options become available.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by payment providers.
Fees and Charges
All fees are displayed in the applicable currency and include any taxes where required by law.
You are responsible for:
- Paying all fees associated with your chosen plan or service
- Any additional taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your country
- Currency conversion fees if you pay in a different currency than what is listed
Fees are non-refundable except where stated otherwise in these terms or required by law.
Billing Cycle
Paid services are billed according to the cycle you select:
- Monthly plans are billed each month on the renewal date
- Annual plans are billed once per year on the renewal date
- One-time purchases are billed at the time of purchase
Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe to the paid service.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel before the renewal date:
- Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month
- Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year
You will be charged using the payment method on file at the time of renewal.
It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Price Changes
We may change prices for our services. If we do:
- We will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect for subscription services
- The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period
- If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect
Price changes do not apply to your current billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may:
- Notify you to update your payment method
- Retry the payment after a reasonable period
- Suspend access to paid features until payment is received
- Cancel your subscription after repeated failures
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before suspending services.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the current period
- Your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the period

Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly or in error
- A service was not provided as described
- You are entitled to a refund under applicable law
Refund requests can be sent to support@zirzoner.com. We review each request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zirzoner.com.
We will investigate and correct any billing errors. Please do not initiate a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us, as this may delay resolution.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of paid services. Where required by law, we will collect taxes on your behalf and remit them to the appropriate authorities.
