GitHub User Data
How Zirzoner accesses, uses, stores, and shares GitHub user data. We request only basic profile information for authentication.
Last updated: June 2026
This section explains how Zirzoner handles data from your GitHub account when you choose to sign in with GitHub.
How GitHub Sign-In Works
GitHub Sign-In is an optional authentication method. Instead of creating a new username and password, you can use your existing GitHub account to sign in to Zirzoner.
When you click "Sign in with GitHub," GitHub asks you to confirm what information you want to share with us. You control this through GitHub's authorization screen.
What GitHub Data We Access
We request only basic profile information needed for account creation:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Primary email address | To create your account, verify your identity, and enable account recovery |
| Public profile | Name and profile picture for your Zirzoner account |
We request only the minimum data needed to create and manage your account.
