This section explains how Zirzoner handles data from your LinkedIn account when you choose to sign in with LinkedIn.

How LinkedIn Sign-In Works

LinkedIn Sign-In is an optional authentication method. Instead of creating a new username and password, you can use your existing LinkedIn account to sign in to Zirzoner.

When you click "Sign in with LinkedIn," LinkedIn asks you to confirm what information you want to share with us. You control this through LinkedIn's consent screen.

What LinkedIn Data We Access

We request only basic profile information needed for account creation:

How We Use LinkedIn User Data

Account Creation and Authentication

When you sign in with LinkedIn, we use your LinkedIn data to:

• Create your Zirzoner account
• Link your LinkedIn identity to your Zirzoner account
• Authenticate you on future sign-ins
• Provide Single Sign-On (SSO) access across Zirzoner services

Account Information Display

We display your name and profile picture from LinkedIn on your Zirzoner account. You can change these at any time through your account settings.

Account Recovery

Your LinkedIn email address helps us verify your identity if you need to recover your account.

How We Store LinkedIn User Data

We store only the information necessary for authentication and account management:

• Your LinkedIn account identifier
• Your email address
• Your name
• Your profile picture

This data is stored securely as described in our Data Storage & Protection section.

LinkedIn Data Sharing

We do not share your LinkedIn user data with third parties except as described in our Data Sharing & Third Parties section.

Specifically:

• We do not sell your LinkedIn user data
• We do not share your LinkedIn data with advertisers
• We do not use your LinkedIn data for advertising or profiling
• We only share data with service providers who help us operate the platform

LinkedIn Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your LinkedIn user data as long as your account is active.

If you disconnect LinkedIn from your account or delete your account, we remove or anonymize your LinkedIn user data as described in our Data Retention & Deletion section.

You can also revoke Zirzoner's access to your LinkedIn account at any time through your LinkedIn Account Settings.

Your Control Over LinkedIn Data

You have full control:

• You choose whether to sign in with LinkedIn
• You can disconnect LinkedIn from your Zirzoner account at any time
• You can delete your Zirzoner account, which removes all associated data
• You can manage LinkedIn app permissions through your LinkedIn account settings
